Founding foundation of the İhsan Doğramacı Bilkent Erbil College, Erbil, Iraq

The Ihsan Dogramaci Erbil Foundation was established in 2008 by İhsan Doğramacı.

Purpose of the Foundation: To foster and engage in activities for education, culture and health; to encourage and reward scientific, artistic and cultural accomplishments; to organize seminars, conferences and congresses; to give scholarships; to strengthen ties of friendship, brotherhood and harmony between all ethnic groups. The Foundation rejects all discrimination based on sect, religion, race or ethnicity.
